1.12 no longer supported #102

Since http://dl.liteloader.com is broken, builds can no longer succeed. There will be no new commits to pre-1.13 versions of minecraft. Unfortunate since the 1.13 port isn't finished yet.

See Build #63 for the error.

It appears I've jumped the gun. It works fine now.
