Please replace '¡' defaultToken with a key that an ASCII char on US keyboards #2

Let me guess ... you live somewhere that has ¡ on the keyboard. Sadly, most other nationalities won't have this character on their keyboard. I'd recommend sticking with standard ASCII chars for markdown which are more universally available.

Sorry to disappoint you mate! I’m using a US keyboard.

Anyways I agree with you. At the time when I wrote the shit I didn’t have that much fantasy to come up with a proper formatter char. My bad.

But I did add the possibility to customize it!

Anyways, if you can come up with a better solution I would merge a PR very very happily!
