Add Russian translations #149

@mattmilburn Hello! A very cool plugin, but as a Russian-speaking user, I lack translation. So I decided to make my small contribution to your work. I will be glad if I can be useful))

HI @yarkovaleksei Thank you for this! 🙌🏻 Merging it into staging right now and it will most likely be released in an upcoming patch.

In case you're feeling generous, I also have these other 2 Strapi plugins that are currently lacking Russian translations 😄
