Please, upload to vscode extension marketplace #138

Hi. I use Linux with vscode installed. I opened vscode's extension marketplace and tried to find efm-langserver there. I was unable to find it. I don't know how to make vscode to call efm-langserver binary. So I tried to find "something similar". And I found https://github.com/tamayika/vscode-any-lint . So I started to use vscode-any-lint and I'm happy.

So, if you want to attract users, please, upload your tool to vscode extension marketplace

@safinaskar Hi, I uploaded VSCode extension via https://github.com/matts966/efm-langserver-vscode. Unfortunately, I have not tested the installation but it is published already and I will test it in a week.

If the extension works, this issue can be closed.
