Parse the provided .bib file from Gudivada, performing the following actions:

[x] Remove unnecessary fields
[ ] Generate new document IDs as <auth>-<yr>-<title>

Execution command for clean_bib was python3 clean_bib.py -i bibliography.bib -o bibliography.txt. Minor modifications needed to be made to clean_bib to allow filtration by acceptable keys in the record dictionary, instead of filtering by unallowed.
