Modify Lucene.java to Use Bibtex

Generate a new Apache Lucene index that stores the allowed fields of a Bibtex format.

• [x] Comment out query examples or otherwise remove them
• [x] Modify parsing structure to use a single file, not a dir
• [x] Generate the index using the specific fields of each entry
