Created Blazor server app
Created Chart component for Blazor that renders chart
Created Example charts
Created Javascript function to demonstrate how to dynamically handle the charts.

Note: I was not able to directly resolve the #94 Issue to control the script section. According to this article sections in blazor will be available from .net 8, however I managed to code a working workaround.
