squid people #41

squid people were april fools 2019 tg race, thought they were cool, decided to add them here. commits should be just fine, i tested it, should work. differences from original squidpeople: squid people walking sound, 1.5x stun when stepping on sharp things, but dont slip on water (cuz theyre aquatic by nature). they should slip still on lube and such thouhg.
