Tweaks for MiniStation #86

Other pull request had a fork that no longer exists, and I could not commit additional commits. (I messed up the branches and was too lazy to fix it, so I just deleted the fork.)

About The Pull Request

Replaced manual solar crates with budget ones. Made maint recycle smaller, made tool storage from the free space. Added random trash in trash bins (1 bin has collectible pete's hat). Added cooking oil into the freezer. Removed a small light in engineering on top of another light. Added bookcases in dorms, moved the stool for the table so sitting there won't block the way.

Has the changes from #77, remade everything from scratch.
