Frustration with Lack of Progress on Foundational Lexicon Issue #10

Hey @mattp91 @Marcel-G @AlejandroE,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my frustration regarding the lack of progress on the foundational lexicon issue (#8). The initial intent of establishing a lexicon for abstract conceptualization within coding is commendable, but it seems that we've hit a standstill.

The issue, as it stands, revolves around the age-old question of single quotes versus double quotes in coding. While this is a valid and often-discussed topic, the prolonged focus on this specific aspect has hindered progress towards a comprehensive lexicon. The issue description suggests that we're here to "surmise through comments," yet, the discussion seems to be confined to a singular aspect, overlooking the broader goal.

Furthermore, the call to review PR comments in #7 as part of the pre-read has been in place for a considerable time, but there's no indication of any substantial progress or consensus-building. It's disheartening to see a lack of momentum on such a crucial matter for our coding practices.

I understand that different perspectives enrich the discourse, but we need to ensure that we are moving forward. Can we consider broadening the scope of the discussions or setting a timeline for concluding the current debate on quotes? This way, we can refocus our efforts on establishing a more comprehensive lexicon.

I'm eager to see this foundational lexicon take shape, but the current pace is causing frustration among team members. Let's collectively address these concerns and reinvigorate our efforts to create a valuable resource for our coding practices.
