The sprint includes new types of outcomes (https://github.com/mattparker/lamplight/issues/8982)

• User defined issues, specified by the service user. The measure will be called something like 'Issue client would like to address' or something
• New types of data entry involving emojis and horiztonal layouts
• "Meaningful change" - a threshold at which change is understood to be statistically significant
