chore: introduce dev containers #153

Closes #152. I would like to address #51, but I don't have NodeJS installed on my machine. I use Docker for dev environments.

@mattpocock I'm not quite sure what's the problem here, but I can't check the failing Vercel job - I get 404. I'm logged in as raqystyle.
