[x] Automate making an image folder for posts
[ ] And referencing images in those posts should use the pwd as that folder.
- Ex. Image placed at img/posts/2020-hello-world/hello.jpg should be able to be referenced as ![img](hello.jpg) in 2020-hello-world post.

Image folder is now automated with afa9b7e4aafb403a7c9f4bfc07a3c79638e17a6f, still need to do relative paths.

Relative paths has been added to upstream repo. See https://chirpy.cotes.page/posts/write-a-new-post/#image-path for details!

Have img_path be added automatically by make-new-post.py.
