Added override for set_data_from_engine #55

Functionally identical to parent, apart from a small change in functionality when files are embedded inside of blocks

Hi @Peterburnett , I've had a look at this and I'm happy for it to be merged in. However, it does feel like we should also look at how this content is being added to the index in the first place and if there is anything that can be done to fix this problem at index time. Cheers, Matt P
