Train_file and test_file are missing #59

Hi,

I couldn't find the train file "it2_tt_0_lowrmsd_mols_train0_fixed.types" and test file "it2_tt_0_lowrmsd_mols_test0_fixed.types" in data/crossdock folder.

Could you please provide these two files?

You have to run download_data.sh to get the training data, as instructed in the README.
