Disallow login to admin dashboard for users within a tenant?

Upsides:

• Less room for end-user confusion
• Is very rare you would actually want a Mattrax tenant with a company email.

Downsides:

• We provide a way to query if a domain is managed by Mattrax.

I think this is worth it but can think about it more before we do it.
