Sync error handling v2

We wanna allow parts of a sync to fail without the entire sync aborting and doing nothing. It would be bad for a new user to be able to do nothing cause their Intune tenant has 1 piece of invalid data.

• [ ] Any invalid entities in MS response should be stored to DB as error
• [ ] If delta link fails we should retry full sync
• [ ] If full sync fails we should store as error
• [ ] Reset the errors after each successful sync using same syncId system

Other sync stuff:

• [ ] Make sync spectulative execution (So the updates to _meta can be done while fetching the next page. It's fine if we overfetch).
• [ ] Sync system should use IndexedDB transactions for bulk importing of each entity -> Would an error wipe out the whole transaction or not cause that would be bad!
• [ ] Can we coalesce mutations on the same properties - Eg. editing the name twice, only the last one needs to be sent to Microsoft.
• [ ] Using background sync if possible - https://developer.chrome.com/blog/background-sync
• [ ] Really the sync system should have dependencies (so failure can be tracked by itself). Eg. fetching domains, depends on org???

Database migrations

• [ ] Support "upgradeneeded"/"versionchange" upgrades across tabs.
• [ ] Clean way of defining and applying migrations (for now we just gonna wipe out the whole thing)

"To avoid blocking a new client from upgrading, clients can listen for the versionchange event. This fires when another client is wanting to upgrade the database. To allow this to continue, react to the versionchange event by doing something that ultimately closes this client’s connection to the database."
