terraform 0.12 schema change #30

from a cursory glance this appears to do what I want it to. Not sure if you'd prefer to separate the 0.1 and 0.12 into two separate repos/branches as it'll need more work around autodetecting/including a flag for terraform version.

I apologize for not moving on this faster. It's a big change that I've been procrastinating taking on because of the amount of regression testing that needs to happen (and other life things getting in the way). I've publicly committed (SysAdvent blog post) to putting out a major new release before the end of the year, I'll start merging this in next week and working through regression testing of AWS, Azure and GCP to ensure it's ready for release.
