Printed deletion knife commands are incorrect for rackspace server delete #65

The commands printed out when I use the spiceweasel --delete option include an incorrect command for rackspace server deletion. The command says 'knife rackspace server delete -y", but the rackspace server deletion command only accepts an InstanceID, not a name.

For now I'm going to note this in the README, I expect this will get fixed in Chef Provisioning for Spiceweasel 3.
