Hi Matt,

any plans for Berkshelf 3 support? Looks like Berkshelf 2 is no longer actively developed and has some "significant" issues, to cite the Readme...

Yes. I'm slowly working on the 2.8 release which addresses a bunch of the open issues. The 3.0 release will likely support Berkshelf 3.0 and chef-metal.

Hi,

i would also love the support for berkshelf 3 here since we are running into dependency Problems during the update to berks 3 in the chef-repo https://review.openstack.org/#/c/115711/ . The update in most of the cookbooks is already done, but the repo itself is still missing.

This is fixed in the 2.8 branch.
