PlanetariaCamera dolly at arbitrary angles #137

I previously assumed PlanetariaCameras defaulted to a position between their focus and the antipodal point directly opposite, but other perspectives should be allowed.

A simple example is positioning the camera as if the viewer were a hamster in a hamster ball.
