HideFlags.HideInHierarchy for Planetaria internals #43

PlanetariaRenderer and PlanetariaCollider need this the most. PlanetariaCamera will also need this.

PlanetariaCollider might need an extra algorithm for visualizing sphere colliders if they become hidden.
