Procedural equilateral polygon #64

0 => null, 1 => circle, 2 => line, 3 => triangle, 4 => square

For level-1, hexagonal door generation, and potentially more.

Use case: select from menu, popup asks for radial_size and tilt_angle, then user selects point (with optional grid/arc snap).
