Adding a workflow to sync code of the repo to mattrassurance GitHub organisation when main branch is updated.

Adding a workflow to sync code of the repo to mattrassurance GitHub organisation when main branch is updated.

Motivation and Context

Adding a workflow to sync code of the repo to mattrassurance GitHub organisation when main branch is updated.

Code will be scanned for security vulnerabilities by Snyk after synchronisation
