rename "attributes" to "headers" #44

I've seen the name headers being tossed around a bit when referring to the "attributes" defined in this JWM spec. Should we consider renaming these to headers to align language of the spec and how it's used?

I have heard this too however i think it clashes with the usage of the term JOSE header
