Transfer ownership #103

Make @mattroumaya the maintainer in the DESCRIPTION file (using the cre role per CRAN standard) and updating the story of the package in the README.

@mattroumaya this is lazy but I'm not somewhere I can knit the .Rmd to update the .Md and I don't think we have any kind of GitHub action set up for that. I'll initiate the transfer now and then once it's in your Repo, can you knit the .Rmd and push?
