Matt,

I have an issue currently getting into Instagram with the authenticator app codes that is generating. It shows my Instagram username and email and it generate fresh codes every 30 seconds and every time i used them they say incorrect. I have done it on the computer and through the app. Also the backup codes do not work as well. Can you help with this or does Instagram control this. This is very strange

I'm having the same issue and now can't log into my Instagram account anymore. I've already tried to contact Instagram's support team but haven't gotten an answer yet. Would really love to get back into my account.

I am having same issue on Snapchat. Were you able to figure it out?

This just happened to me 3 weeks ago and I still have no clue how to fix it. I can't login to my Instagram which is my livelihood... Has anyone found a solution??
