New Sub-Menu Scheme #23

The sub menus do not use space efficiently. Come up with new plan for space management and sub menus. Possibly pop-up widgets? That would also solve the problem with launching menus. Could set a flag so others couldn't be launched when one is open.

Changed my mind. Keep current layout scheme.
