Bass and Treble #31

Added input numbers (Sliders) for bass and treble for each zones.

also buttons for bass/treble flat/up/down

also put extra case in the power handler.

forgot to say more strange speakercraft behaviour.

bass/treble seems to report as double the value. eg i set the trebble as 2 and then it updates status to 4. I now devide the bass/trebble by 2. - most odd!
