The dog tore it out of the wall, so it may need some anchors to go back in. It's on a very narrow strip of drywall by a window, so the types of anchors that will work is probably limited (toggles maybe if I can ensure vertical orientation, but not the kind that expand a bunch as you screw in the screw).
