Replace door knob to garage #4

The electronic handle that used to be on the entry door really is broken. People have been locked out. Replace it with what used to be there (or maybe a new one if the old one isn't rekeyable).

Old one is not rekeyable. Replaced for now, but a new knob may still be in order.

Same key as all the smartkey locks, so good enough.
