Can't reproduce it, and I think Bulldozer doesn't patch BuildTool_Reform.ReformAction()
Do you have other mods installed?

Use the new version posted on the Thunderstore. It does work. Edit: Verified that this version seems to work. Must be another mod. Can't verify without the OP posting their log files.
