[Suggestion] Confirm bulldoze #5

a pop up to confirm the bulldoze would be nice. could also warn players that it will be a bit laggy and to just wait for it to finish as well as giving a "done" box when complete

I added some hover text that mentions the lag and I added a message that is shown when the work is completed. I'm not really sure how I would make a full confirmation dialog though.
