I believe the tower call name is missing from our data. For example, KBFL shows
as "Meadows Field" on the tapcard, but when communicating with the tower on the
radio, you should call "Bakersfield Tower". Here's the Airport Communications
section for the airport from this page (NFDC login may be required to view the
link)

UNICOM: 122.95 MHz
ATIS: 118.6 MHz 661-399-9425 24 Hours
RADAR SERVICE: Approach / Departure
BAKERSFIELD APPROACH: 118.8 MHz APCH/P BASIC RADAR IC (SOUTH)
118.9 MHz APCH/P BASIC RADAR IC (NORTH)
BAKERSFIELD APPROACH/DEPARTURE: 270.3 MHz APCH/P DEP/P BASIC RADAR IC (NORTH)
284.625 MHz APCH/P DEP/P BASIC RADAR IC SOUTH
BAKERSFIELD DEPARTURE: 126.45 MHz DEP/P BASIC RADAR IC (NORTH/SOUTH)
BAKERSFIELD EMERGENCY: 121.5 MHz EMERG
243 MHz EMERG
BAKERSFIELD GROUND: 121.7 MHz GND/P
BAKERSFIELD TOWER: 118.1 MHz LCL/P
257.8 MHz LCL/P
Do we already have the "BAKERSFIELD" call name in our database? If not, we
should get it and also turn the name into mixed case so it displays well.
