Ignore bearing in location update when speed is low #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be stationary on the ground in an area of marginal GPS coverage (e.g. 
indoors).
2. Observe the speed is 0 kts
3. Sometimes the bearing jumps around erratically

It's better to just clear the bearing out when the speed is low (maybe < 3 
kts), since it's only really accurate when moving in a constant direction.
