Map view should be magnetic north up when there's no bearing #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to map while stationary (so there's no bearing from the GPS).
2. Notice the map is oriented with true north at the top.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Magnetic north at the top.
- This is most noticeable when you click on a tapcard and the "to" pointer will 
be offset from what you see on map view by the magnetic declination amount.

Never mind. I was confused about this. Invalidating this bug.

True north-up when there's no bearing is correct. That matches what aviation 
GPS units do.
