Improve readability of tapcard text (larger fonts and more contrast)

Hardware: Nexus One

User reports "when I click on an airport, the font for the distance and bearing 
is kinda small on my NexusOne.  I'd be happier if it was larger, especially if 
I was in a bumpy plane.  The contrast between the blue of the title bar and the 
white text is a little low.  I'd prefer a darker blue background for more 
contrast."

I agree with both pieces of feedback. The distance / bearing / ete text is 
especially too small to read in flight.
