Data Cleaning #16

SuAnn created code to rename variables and apply some cleaning methods to the code (to describe in the report)

As our target variable is loan amount, I combined all of the tables into a single table which allows us to import a single 'loan' variable with all of our data (specifics on how accounts and transactions combined in the report)...think the coding for this portion is done and the analysis in the other two parts is what's left.
