EXTRA: Small variant size distributions #30

Should the x axis be insertions and deletions? (this plot might be better as a histogram as well)

Small variant sub-types have been updated to be deletions and insertions. Maybe a density plot would be a good way to describe size distributions for the two sub-types of small variants?

EDIT: not urgent to update plot to new type (e.g hitogram, boxplot, density plots?)
