Ensure that a file format is created that is usable by the web interface to display stored log files. (in addition to existing .xls output)

csv appears to be the obvious choice, as it is easily parsed by flot and most other candidates for web ui plotting.

csv output added to script. May want tweaking (remove timestamp?) but we will call this closed, for now.
