Integrate Quill editor #35

Integration of quill editor based on request: https://github.com/mattstauffer/suggestive/issues/6

Although it was suggested to use the Trix editor, I have previously used quill and find it great to work with. Here is a link to the official site: https://quilljs.com/

If you prefer to use Trix or another editor, then reject this PR and I will work on that no problem.
