Fails to convert UPPERCASE to Title Case #3

Plugin converts lowercase text to Title Case, but fails to convert UPPERCASE to Title Case.

For a mixed-case input this is intentional behavior so that acronyms in a title are not title cased. An input that is entirely uppercase will be converted tot title case.
