~~Table headers turn light grey on hover (they shouldn't change color)~~
~~Results table has varying column widths (make these fixed)~~
~~Keep Nav bar at the very top, and move RugbyHawk logo to Nav bar~~
Use native bootstrap options to make the 7s-v-15s toggle nice (instead of doing it with janky css)
~~Improve display of "last updated on..." date~~

Everything here was solved except the native bootstrap issue. I'm ignoring that for now. We can reopen this issue if it becomes a problem.
