Publish score predictions for playoff games

Use Elo math to determine the score lines, and publish them on the homepage

1. Track playoff schedules for 15s/7s for CRAA/NCR for D1A/D1AA
2. Create a score prediction script that does the math for us
3. Run the script and manually write up the predictions on the homepage

Publishing steps

• Hold off on blog/Jekyll investigation, just use homepage
• Move homepage stuff to About, keep Help Us Find Scores until frontpage predictions are long enough that it makes sense to move them elsewhere, potentially to a separate Submit Scores page
• Add first predictions to homepage and figure out visual design re: boxes or not
