Create a form for submitting game results?

This feature is not critical, and we should wait to implement it until the site is live.

I'm in favor of having a form. We should integrate the link into the results table for each game without results. Clicking on the link should take the user to the form, and it should be configured with a GET request so that they don't have to input the information for the game.

Of course, users should also be able to submit results for games that aren't listed at all.

Form Criteria

An admin should review all submissions.

• Game Date
• 15s vs 7s
• Neutral?
• Team 1, Team 2, Score 1, Score 2
• Contact info of user submitting
• Additional notes to help verify score

Should we have another form that allows users to dispute scores that are already listed? I think yes.

Agreed, could even start with a simple message on the front page and a simple contact box/form or email.

We've placed a form on the homepage and linked to it throughout the site. This seems to work for now.

Discussed and decided a listing of needed scores could be displayed below a score submission form on a standalone "Submit Score" page.
