Dashboard count is wrong #81

Dashboard jump count is wrong when overriding settings start jump count.

If you start from 10 then it lists 11 on dashboard instead of 10. Same for BASE jumps

I don't have this issue with my installation. I input 10 in the settings for both and got 10 in the dashboard. Has this been fixed already?
