Copyright is incorrect / GPL violation. #1

All files state Copyright (C) 2014 Matthew Vickery, while this is just a direct copy of https://github.com/GawainLynch/bolt-extension-boltforms.

The GPL allows you to create derivative works of a work, but it explicitly forbids removing the names of original authors and passing something off as your own. This is a direct violation of the GPL.

Please don't do this to someone else work, please reinstate the original copyright, this is not cool. Also this should be a fork rather than a new git repo so you can give credit to the original author.

Yes https://github.com/GawainLynch/bolt-extension-boltforms was used as the basic structure of the extension code. However if you take the time to install the extension or even read some of the code you will see the functionality and the majority of the code is very different.

I have changed the copyright and added Gawain Lynch as an author. My apologies for not doing that in the beginning, as was my intention.

Thanks @mattvick very much appreciated, as is your contribution to our project and its community.

We did read the extension code, and yes there is a lot that has diverged… and that code you are (obviously) completely the copyright, and attribution owner, of. Our concern is that this is, very obviously, based on hard work of a community of contributors and fair attribution is all we ask for :grin:

That aside, could I ask one tiny-itty-bitty favour on this one (that you are 100% free to refuse/insult/reject me on), but could you rename the Composer name as "bolt-forms" will get confusing for some people and if you saw some of the derpy questions we get in IRC some days you'd fully understand my request… I would guess that mattvick/mahangoforms would be more appropriate as it also would match the PHP extension name. I will happily update the extension marketplace database for you :+1:
