Support numbers in GelfLogger.BeginScope #19

This pull request extends #18 by adding suport for numeric ValueTuples in GelfLogger.BeginScope as well.

Another nice change thanks. Again will merge after investigating CI issue.

I merged the changes from #18 which fixed the issue with this PR as well. Do you want me to squash the commits on this PR?
