Fix drafts are indexed #41

This commit enforces that ONLY published posts and pages are indexed

Additional note, this should probably be reviewed a bit to ensure that the plugin will still behave as intended. I made this change based on what I was seeing, adding this additional check fixed a condition where I was seeing auto-drafts in my index.
