Separate OSRM.jl? #5

I could imagine OSRM being useful to someone who doesn't plan on transit routing. Then again, there's not much overhead to leaving them in the same package.

Done in mattwigway/OSRM.jl. Still need to modify this library to use OSRM.jl instead of internal OSRM.
